Dear third grade families,

My name is Demetria Farhat I attended the University of Arizona and received my bachelors in education. I love working with children and I am looking forward to helping your child grow. I'm excited to begin a full year of enriched learning. I believe to have a strong classroom we need to come together as a community for everyone to feel safe and comfortable. Our classroom environment will be hands on activities and full of participation. I want to provide a nurturing environment for students where they feel safe, welcomed and try there best! I feel communication between parents and teachers is vital. I will do my best to keep you informed on your child's behavior and learning process. Please check your child's Homework Folder nightly for daily behavior plans, homework, and other school information. September 1st is open house at 6pm. I am looking forward to meeting with all of you!
